BBBPodcast – our final breakfast
learning, podcast, professional development, web 2.0 September 16th, 2007
My colleagues will soon be famous. Tune in to this great podcast, where educators respond to the question “How will student learning be improved or enriched with these Web 2.0 tools?” The answers were broad, thoughtful and varied. Enjoy!

Greg, some interesting comments from an enthusiastic group of 2BBB students. Do we have ipods available to create student podcasts or should we use a program like audacity to record their podcast ?

We do have iPods (Shhhhhh!). We should talk about how these can be used in learning.

Some interesting comments made by the educators. The Web 2.0 tools are amazing and are closing the gap between the worlds of the students and teachers. Learning and Teaching is changing, and the richness and the relevance is certainly adding a new dimension to the classroom (or should I say ‘the world’).

Can we borrow the ipods from the library or from the BBB coordinator?
Thanks Greg for yet another great BBB series. Looking forward to Series 3.

It’s interesting to hear a range of reflections from such a diverse group of educators. I’ve enjoyed this experience- but I’m always left with this huge but enticing vertical learning curve of what I don’t know. It’s always centering and humbling, to facilitate the students who engage in a space where their expertise gives them both confidence and energy. It does rewrite your agenda as a teacher, Constuctivism has a new meaning.
